Floating staircase with frameless glass railings inside a luxury custom home

Built from your drawings, not a catalog

A staircase is the most visible structural element in most homes and the hardest detail to get right in the field. Every stair we supply is engineered to your floor-to-floor height, opening, and code path — straight runs, spirals, curved flights, floating cantilevered stairs, and outdoor staircases for terraces and rooftop access.

Structure comes in three forms: mono-stringer for a clean single spine, double-stringer where the span or tread load calls for it, and floating designs with the structure concealed in the wall. Treads and framing are steel, wood, or a mix — matched to the interior and to the railing package you specify.

Shop-welded, trial-assembled, crated

Before anything is cut, we turn your drawings into shop-ready drawings and confirm them with you. The stair is then shop-welded and trial-assembled in the factory so every connection is proven before it leaves the floor.

It ships in export-ready crates with parts labeled and bolt-ready, so the crew assembles a stair that already fits instead of correcting one on site. Railings — glass, cable, rod, aluminum, or iron — can ship as part of the same package.

FAQ

Common questions about stairs

What stair types do you build?+

Straight, spiral, curved, floating, and outdoor staircases — in steel, wood, or a combination of both.

What stringer designs are available?+

Mono-stringer, double-stringer, and floating (cantilevered) designs. The right one depends on your span, tread material, and how the stair is supported.

Do you build from architectural drawings?+

Yes. Every staircase is drawing-first. We convert your drawings into shop-ready drawings and confirm them with you before fabrication starts.

What codes do your stairs meet?+

Stairs and their guards are engineered to meet IRC and IBC requirements for guard height, baluster spacing under the 4-inch-sphere rule, and load.

How does the stair arrive on site?+

Shop-welded and trial-assembled in the factory before crating, then shipped in export-ready crates with every part labeled and bolt-ready. No field fitting guesswork.

What is the lead time?+

Production runs about 25 to 35 days after drawings are confirmed, with roughly eight weeks total once freight is included.
